Fans Praise ‘Zaddy’ Ryan Seacrest’s ‘Insane’ Thirst Trap: ‘Holy Hot Stuff, Ryan!’
Wheel of Fortune host Ryan Seacrest is out from behind the podium and out of his shirt and suit jacket in a new thirst trap he posted on Instagram on Saturday.
“This is what a day off looks like from start to finish” Seacrest wrote on the social media app, captioning a photo and a video of himself biking by daytime and nighttime. “Go dawgs @georgiafootball.”
But it’s the daytime pic — a photo of himself using an EllptiGO stand-up bike on a sandy trail — that has Instagram users’ attention. In that snapshot, a shirtless Seacrest basks in the sunshine, the bright light throwing the muscles of his torso in relief.
“Lookin’ good,” one commenter wrote.
“Zaddy!” said another.
“Sir! This physique is INSANEEEE,” exclaimed a third user.

In other comments, Dancing With the Stars pro Gleb Savchenko called Seacrest “shredded,” America’s Next Top Model alum Jay Manuel posted three flexed-arms emojis.
Former View cohost Debbie Matenopoulos commented, “Holy hot stuff, Ryan!”
And American Ninja Warrior cohost Matt Iseman wrote, “Seriously, [you’re] holding it down for hosts everywhere! You look ready to compete on Ninja, my man.”
Meanwhile, many users pointed out certain body parts poking out. “Is it insanely cold there?” one wrote.
“Perky,” another user commented.
And a third person quipped, “Ryan Seacrest’s nipples saw their shadows. Six more weeks of winter.”
Seacrest discussed his devotion to exercise in an interview with his sister Meredith for Entertainment Tonight in 2024. “I’m doing everything I can to make myself feel like I’m not 50. By over-exercising, eating better, over-training, lots of recovery, lots of muscle recovery, cold plunging, steaming — anything I could do to make myself feel 29 again.”
The American Idol emcee also had fans in a frenzy this April as he used rocks to work out on a beach on St. Barth’s. “Ummm excuse meeee?” his On Air With Ryan Seacrest cohost Tanya Rad wrote at the time.
