Prime Video Officially Renews ‘Reacher’ for Season 6

Prime Video can’t get enough of Jack Reacher (Alan Ritchson) — and neither can viewers.
Prime Video has officially renewed Reacher for Season 6, extending one of the streamer’s biggest franchises before Season 5 has even arrived.
The news comes after a massive fourth season, which drew 66 million viewers worldwide in its first 28 days, surpassing Season 3. According to Prime Video, Season 4 now ranks among the five most-watched seasons of any original series in the streamer’s history, while Reacher‘s returning seasons make up its three most-watched returning seasons ever.
The show has also become a major international hit, with 58% of its audience coming from outside the U.S., particularly the U.K., Germany, and Brazil. According to Prime Video, since premiering in 2022, Reacher has reached more than 200 million viewers worldwide.

Season 4, based on Lee Child‘s Gone Tomorrow, follows Jack Reacher after a disturbing encounter with a stranger on a subway pulls him into another deadly conspiracy. The cast also included Sydelle Noel, Chris Marquette, Agnez Mo, Anggun, Kevin Weisman, Marc Blucas, and Kathleen Robertson.

There’s still plenty of Reacher to come before then. Season 5 is currently filming in Toronto, which will adapt Make Me, the 20th novel in Child’s bestselling Reacher series.

Too bad, as the lead actor has COMPLETELY turned me off the series with his unnecessary political rants.
He is an actor. As such, he says lines written by someone else. Those lines have been good and he has delivered them well, as the character. But this series is no longer on my "to watch" list.
Outside of work, I don't care WHAT he thinks, or if, in fact, he DOES think!!
