Broadway veterans in the cast of HBO’s The Gilded Age will release a Christmas album titled Voices of The Gilded Age: The Christmas Album on November 6.
The album features classic holiday songs and new originals by Desmond Child, with performances by cast members such as Christine Baranski, Audra McDonald, Kelli O’Hara, and more.

It finally happened: The cast of The Gilded Age, littered with Tony winners and more Broadway stars, sang together for a cast album, and the first song is available to listen to now. From Concord Theatricals Recordings and featuring new original songs from Desmond Child, Voices of The Gilded Age: The Christmas Album comes out November 6. The Gilded Age Season 4 premieres on Sunday, November 1, at 9/8c on HBO.

The album features Ben Ahlers, Christine Baranski, Laura Benanti, Denée Benton, Carrie Coon, Jordan Donica, Celia Keenan-Bolger, Audra McDonald, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Donna Murphy, Kelli O’Hara, Taylor Richardson, Morgan Spector, Taylor Trensch, and Adrienne Warren, most of whom will appear in The Gilded Age Season 4. TV Insider announced Warren’s character, Ava — cousin of Peggy Scott — in our 2026 Fall Preview.

The first single, out now, is a new song by Child, performed by Ahlers. It’s called “The World Needs Some Christmas.” You can check out the song here, and pre-order/pre-save the album here. It will be available for streaming and purchase on all major music platforms.

On the Voices of the Gilded Age tracklist are Stokes Mitchell performing “It’s The Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” Baranski performing “We Need A Little Christmas,” McDonald, Donna Murphy, and O’Hara performing Stephen Sondheim‘s “I Remember,” O’Hara performing “I’ll Be Home For Christmas,” Warren performing “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas,” Benton and Donica performing “O Holy Night,” McDonald performing “I Wonder As I Wander,” Richardson and Trensch performing “Let It Snow,” Keenan-Bolger and Benanti performing “Wexford Carol,” and Murphy performing “It’s Been Real,” another original song written by Child.

Coon and Spector also bring Clement Clarke Moore’s ‘Twas The Night Before Christmas to life woven throughout the album.

“I’ve been waiting my whole life to make this record, and I’m still in awe that I was able to bring it to life alongside some of Broadway’s most extraordinary voices,” Child said in a statement. “Together we’ve created a loving tribute to our favorite Christmas songs, legendary artists, lyricists, composers, and arrangers whose timeless music has warmed our hearts and filled our lives with joy.”

Child is a Latin Grammy Award-winning songwriter and producer and a longtime fan of The Gilded Age. He brought together members of the series’ Tony Award-winning and nominated cast of Broadway and stage veterans for this project. The album is co-produced by Grammy Award winner Sean Patrick Flahaven, edited and mixed by Grammy winners Ian Kagey and Derik Lee, and mastered by Grammy winner Oscar Zambrano, with art direction by Derek Bishop.
