On Her 61st Birthday, Flash Back to Melissa Gilbert’s Forgotten Post-‘Little House’ Roles

It’s hard to believe that more than 50 years have passed since Little House on the Prairie first premiered. It’s even crazier to think that Melissa Gilbert, best known for playing Laura Ingalls on that classic show, turns 61 years old today! While best known for her nine seasons on the prairie, Gilbert’s career included plenty of other notable roles you may have forgotten about. Case in point:
