Where to Watch Sofia Coppola’s ‘Priscilla’
Although Elvis Presley passed away in 1977, the hype around Elvis, his career, and his relationships is far from over.
After the huge success of Baz Luhrmann‘s biopic Elvis last year, it is no surprise that his ex-wife, Priscilla Presley, wanted to share her side of the story. Priscilla, the biopic based on Priscilla Presley’s 1985 memoir titled “Elvis and Me,” premiered in theaters on October 27, 2023.
Now, fans can rent or purchase the film, and hopefully, streaming is not far behind.
Written and directed by Sofia Coppola, Priscilla stars Cailee Spaeny as Priscilla and Jacob Elordi as Elvis. The film follows Priscilla before she meets Elvis, their meeting and eventual relationship, marriage, and divorce. They had one daughter together, the late Lisa Marie Presley.
The film also shares how Priscilla’s life changed forever after his sudden death at the age of 42, just a few years after they split.

You can rent Priscilla on platforms like Amazon Prime Video, Vudu, Apple TV, and Google Play for around $20, depending on the platform. You can also purchase the film, which is $24.99 on Amazon Prime Video.
As of now, the film is not available for streaming, but it will likely be coming to HBO‘s Max due to the new deal with A24 Films. It has been speculated the film will be available to stream on Max around July 2024.
