Reality star Savannah Chrisley has shared a heartfelt tribute to her ex-fiancé, Nic Kerdiles, one month after his tragic death following a motorcycle accident.

Chrisley took to her Instagram Story on Monday, October 23, to share a slideshow of pics of Kerdiles alongside her own captions. “Can’t believe it’s been exactly 1 month since we lost you,” she wrote on one of the photos.

Another pic showed Kerdiles with Chrisley’s niece Chloe sitting on his shoulders. “Today we bought ham and cheese croissants and Chloe goes: ‘I only like these because Nic would always order these,’” Chrisley captioned the snap.

Kerdiles died on September 23 when his motorcycle collided with another vehicle in Nashville, Tennessee. According to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, the former hockey player ran a stop sign in a residential area north of the Tennessee capital and hit the driver’s side of a BMW.

The driver of the other vehicle was said to be uninjured, while Kerdiles was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died. He was 29 years old.

Chrisley, who was in a relationship with Kerdiles for over five years, penned an emotional tribute at the time of his death.

“It is impossible to believe that you are really gone. I am not sure how to even absorb that news, I don’t know how to react. I am so sad and so numb,” she wrote on Instagram. “I know we had some moments that were really, really hard, but our day to day life really was beautiful. Just because some things don’t work out, or don’t last forever, doesn’t make them less special or less meaningful.”

She continued, “We learned how to love together. We learned how to be adults and entrepreneurs and professionals. We tried new foods, explored new cities, and created so many memories along the way. Our time in San Diego will always be unforgettable to me. It’s where we began…And I so badly wish I could hop on a flight and you be there waiting on me.”

Chrisley also opened up about her relationship with Kerdiles on her Unlocked podcast, sharing, “Nic and I were in each other’s lives for six years, we were engaged, and there were so many great memories, and at the end of the day, Nic made a huge impact on my life and he left such a mark on this world.”
