Writers Guild Awards 2022: The Complete List of Winners

It was a successful night for HBO at the 74th Writers Guild of America Awards on Sunday night, as comedy-drama Hacks and satirical drama Succession walked away with two trophies each.

The virtual ceremony, which honored the best writing in film, television, and radio of 2021, also saw wins for HBO crime drama Mare of Easttown for Original Long Form, Hulu’s comedy-drama The Great for Episodic Comedy, and the final season of TBS’ late-night show Conan for Comedy/Variety Talk Series.

In film, Adam McKay’s Netflix satire Don’t Look Up took home the trophy for Original Screenplay while Siân Heder’s CODA snapped up the Adapted Screenplay award.
