The Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life Trailer Is Here, and It's Pretty Darn Glorious (VIDEO)
This morning, Netflix released the first official trailer for Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, and it's pretty much everything Gilmore fans would expect: Lots of chatter and references to Ben Affleck as Batman, improperly-held coffee cups, a grumpy Luke (Scott Patterson), a weird Kirk (Sean Gunn), a bored Michel (Yanic Truesdale) and a glimpse of just about everyone in Stars Hollow, including Sookie (Melissa McCarthy).
What's more surprising is what's going on with the Gilmore girls themselves: Lorelai (Lauren Graham) feels like she's happy but her life with Luke isn't quite what she's looking for as she gets deep into her 40s; Rory (Alexis Bledel) is leading a Jack Kerouac life, as her mother Lorelai puts it, but wants to start putting down roots; and Emily (Kelly Bishop) is feeling lost without her husband Richard (Edward Herrmann, who died in 2014). "Half of me is gone," she says.
Take a look at the trailer below to get all the feels back that you had when the show left the air in 2007. Also, Netflix included some new key art to make you even more excited for the four-part miniseries' premiere on November 25.
