What Happens on Peter Weber’s ‘Bachelor’ Season? Breaking Down the Trailer (PHOTOS)
In one of the first scenes of the new trailer, we see the wholesome pilot getting fairly frisky in the water with a bikini-clad brunette. “Peter is my dream man. He’s just hot,” a woman’s voice says.
We also see Peter on what appears to be a one-on-one date with a blonde contestant. “This is a friggin’ dream. I’m really happy,” she says as she holds onto his arm.
One woman says, “I am falling in love with Peter. And I can’t get enough of him.”
But it seems as though the 28-year-old gets into a bit of trouble this season for getting close with too many women. “You can’t do these things with other women, or I’m leaving,” one contestant says.
“I don’t want you to feel like this is all about sex. But I have been intimate. I can’t lie to you about that,” he tells one of the women.
And it looks as though one of Peter’s frontrunners may leave the show. “I can’t understand how she can just give up,” he says through tears. “There’s so much right now that’s just destroying my heart.”
And then comes Hannah. The former Bachelorette arrives on Peter’s season for reasons unknown, but from the trailer, it seems as though she wants another chance with the pilot. “I’m making decisions for my heart because I know there’s still something there and I would do anything for a relationship,” she tells him.
Peter seems completely smitten with the idea that Hannah has returned, so he does the unthinkable and asks her to stay. “What I’m about to say is extremely crazy. What would you say if I asked you to come… be part of that?”
Hannah just laughs and the trailer ends, leaving fans completely in the dark on if she stays or not. While it’s unlikely that she sticks around (filming of DWTS took place at the same time as filming of Peter’s Bachelor season!), it’s important to point out that Hannah is wearing a silver sparkly dress in this clip, but in a separate, shorter clip shared by ABC, she’s seen wearing a red dress. So perhaps she stays after all? Only time will tell…
It’s going to be a wild ride for Peter Weber, the new Bachelor who apparently gets an unexpected visit from his ex (and new Dancing With the Stars champion) Hannah Brown on the upcoming season.
The new trailer has been released and gives fans just a glimpse of what to expect from the pilot’s journey — and if it ends up being half as dramatic as this one minute and thirty second clip, it may just be the most dramatic season in Bachelor history.
“I have no idea what’s coming, but I know that my life will never be the same,” he says in the opening scene. But it seems as though that’s a massive understatement.
The biggest question stemming from this trailer is if Hannah is really going to be on this upcoming season of The Bachelor. While it seems unlikely, the pilot appears to be all-in on the thought of his old flame coming back for a second chance.
However, when the trailer aired during last night’s DWTS finale, the former Bachelorette was put on the spot by host Erin Andrews, who asked if she actually joined the upcoming season or if she just “really likes Chris Harrison.” Hannah replied, “While I do love Chris Harrison, I love being here.”
