War is upon Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie (Sam Heughan) in the latest images released for Outlander‘s upcoming seventh episode from its ongoing seventh season.

“A Practical Guide for Time-Travelers” is written by Margot Ye and directed by Joss Agnew and sees Jamie preparing to face British forces in battle, with his biological son William Ransom (Charles Vandervaart) fighting for the other side as a redcoat.

Anxious to part from her love, Claire is giving Jamie a serious embrace in the newly-released photos, which also tease some interesting moments ahead for Brianna (Sophie Skelton) and Roger (Richard Rankin) in the 1980s where they’re surely addressing the “Nuckelavee” that was snooping around their home in the previous installment.

Revealed to be Buck MacKenzie (Diarmaid Murtagh), the couple will work to learn his intentions in the 20th century, but first, it seems they’re welcoming Rob Cameron (Chris Fulton) over for a bite. And as the images below tease, things are getting steamy for the couple in their caravan at Lallybroch.

Expect even more excitement as the episode serves as a penultimate installment of sorts. The next episode will cap off the first half of Season 7 until the show returns sometime in 2024. Until then, scroll down for a peek at the photos below, and stay tuned for more as Season 7 continues on Starz.
