On the road with Jamie and his clan, Claire decides to make a joke when Rupert is bragging about women fighting over him and being jealous of each other. Claire then quips, “I believe your left hand gets jealous of your right,” which receives laughs on and off-screen.

Upon seeing Claire for the first time in a couple decades, Jamie proceeds to faint, and watching a grown man tumble to the floor in such a way is sure to make anyone laugh, fan or not.
Kiss Interrupted (Season 3, Episode 6)
Jamie and Claire celebrate their reunion with emotional kisses and tears, but Jamie’s print shop worker interrupts the sweet moment with a declaration that he’s quitting after he walks in on the couple kissing while Jamie’s pants-less — but only because he spilled his drink.
Scared Jamie (Season 3, Episode 8)
After Jamie is shot by Laoghaire, Claire is treating her husband, despite being upset after learning Jamie and Laoghaire married after she left. During the healing process, Claire administers antibiotics and gives Jamie a scare over the needle, much to viewers’ delight.
Talking to Coconuts (Season 3, Episode 11)
While Claire is stranded on a remote island, she’s taken in by a man named Father Fogden who regularly converses with a coconut, and Claire resorts to such extremes in an effort to convince the crazy man that she needs to leave his home.
Drunk Claire (Season 3, Episode 11)
While recovering from her island injuries, Claire enjoys some soup that Willoughby made. The dish does include a lot of booze though, and Claire gets hilariously confident in her drunken state.
Bree & Roger’s Road Trip (Season 4, Episode 3)
In one of the first episodes from Season 4, fans see Bree and Roger take a road trip to North Carolina, and their on-road shenanigans show off their relationship as well as bring the laughs.
Dancing Murtagh Returns (Season 4, Episode 5)
In Season 4, Claire reunites with Murtagh and he decides to reintroduce himself by whistling “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy” — a song they sang on the road together — while recreating his jig. The moment is both heartwarming and comical.
When viewers think of Outlander, comedy isn't the first genre that comes to mind, but the Starz drama romance does have its funny moments.
Since Season 1, the series has had fans entranced with the relationship between Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe), yet there are more than a few moments that prove the show has a knack for laughter. Whether it's drunken exchanges or some less-than-stellar dance moves, Outlander has made us laugh more than once.
