According to the November 18 episode’s logline, Deputy Director Ochoa (Esai Morales) volunteers NCIS to take part in a covert job dealing with a terrorist group. Will this extreme  mission prove fatal?

Callen (Chris O’Donnell) in particular seems to express some concern about the team’s future when it comes to this assignment, which involves a group promoting extreme military force.
