Is Teddy’s baby actually Owen’s?

The Season 14 finale revealed Teddy is pregnant, but she never said the baby was Owen’s. Still, the show wouldn’t have put such an emphasis on that reveal if the baby weren’t Owen’s, and the fact that Kim Raver is coming back to Grey’s full-time makes us even more sure the baby has some redhead genes!

Will Teddy reconcile with Owen?

At the start of Season 14, Teddy told Owen he was her favorite person. But he probably fell in the ranking after his ill-advised transcontinental booty call, during which she realized he always treats her as his backup plan. The dude needs to treat her like a queen already if he hopes to become Mr. Altman!

Will Owen reconcile with Amelia?

The Season 14 finale also hinted at a love triangle to come in Season 15, as Amelia told Meredith she was falling in love with ex-husband Owen — and this time, actual love, not “My brain tumor is swaying my judgment” love. We’ll see if Teddy puts up much of a fight!

Will we see Carina DeLuca again?

Carina, Andrew’s sister, lost girlfriend Arizona to Arizona’s one true love, Callie. But don’t forget Carina also had a fling with Owen last season, so we wouldn’t rule out the possibility of seeing actress Stefania Spampinato again next season.

Will Owen keep Leo? And will Amelia still care for Betty?

Owen is finally on track to fulfill his dream of becoming a parent after receiving foster son Leo this season, but time will tell if this temporary situation becomes permanent. That likely all depends on whether Betty, Leo’s birth mother, stays sober. And that likely depends on whether Amelia continues acting as Betty’s ad hoc sponsor.

Are Jackson and Maggie “meant to be”?

Jackson’s relationships with Lexie, April, and Stephanie didn’t work out, but perhaps the handsome doc will finally get his happily-ever-after with Maggie, now that the relationship escaped Season 14 unscathed. (Never mind that he’s her stepsister — minor details!)

Will any of the original stars come back?

Showrunner Krista Vernoff already revealed she wanted one of the original cast members to return for the 300th episode…
and we haven’t given up hope! Derek and George are dead, of course… but Izzie, Cristina, and Burke could still book a return trip to Shondaland Seattle!

Will Nick Marsh come back?

Mer flirted hard with this Mayo Clinic transplant surgeon after was admitted as a Grey Sloan patient, and she later told Alex the guy made her feel things she hadn’t felt since Derek. Meanwhile, actor Scott Speedman is finished on Animal Kingdom, and Grey Sloan could always use another pair of hands in the OR. Just sayin’…

Which of the interns will stick around?

The so-called B-Team is already down one member — now that Sam has fled for Switzerland to avoid deportation — but Parker, Quadri, Roy, Schmitt (aka “Glasses”), and Helm (aka “Hellmouth”) are still around and ready to be promoted. We’ll see if they rank among the interns who rise in the Grey Sloan ranks (e.g. Jo and DeLuca) or the interns who fade into the background (i.e. Audrey, Jason, and others no one remembers).

Will Season 15 be the last season of Grey’s?

Ellen Pompeo and Shonda Rhimes say they’ll decide together when to end Grey’s, and Ellen recently revealed that end is near. Still, she’s signed on through a potential 16th season, and we don’t think the Grey’s team would call it a day before beating the 15-season ER as the longest-running American primetime medical drama!

Forget that we have months to wait until Grey’s Anatomy Season 15 premieres — it’s never too early to look forward to the Grey Sloan drama to come!

The ABC show’s Season 14 finale was more about characterization than cliffhangers, but we still have a ton of questions that will nag at us all hiatus long… starting with that bun in the oven!
