Natalie (Chicago Med)
Tim Burke T-boned Will’s car, and Natalie went flying out of the open passenger door. She was left unconscious, with a bad head wound.
Maggie (Chicago Med)
Maggie saved a life by donating a kidney in Season 4 — and then learned her own life may be in danger in the finale. When Sydney came to the hospital, sick, the resulting tests revealed that Maggie may have breast cancer.
Firehouse 51 (Chicago Fire)
After responding to a fire in a mattress factory, everyone (including Boden, Brett, and Foster) was inside as the building was about to blow. Furthermore, if it does go up, it’ll take out the block, so even if they get out of the building (not that anyone was willing to evacuate, even off their chief’s order), they’re not safe. However, some were in more precarious positions than others …

Jon Seda will not be returning for the seventh season of Chicago P.D., and the last time we saw him in May’s finale, the recovering addict popped a pill. We don’t know what this will mean for how they’ll explain his absence in the fall, but we are worried.
The doctors, nurses, firefighters, paramedics, and officers of the One Chicago shows deal with life and death situations every day. And when it comes time for season finales, that’s usually taken to another level.
That was true for Chicago Fire Season 7, Chicago P.D. Season 6, and Chicago Med Season 4. After those finales, we’re worried about at least one character from each show.
