Best Lines of the Week (June 23-29): ‘I Don’t Deserve This! I Should Have More Camera Time!’
Summer is heating up, and so are our screens. This week of television gave us the perfect distraction from the heat. We happily stayed indoors to watch all of the hot, new releases.
On streaming, Netflix pulled through giving us new seasons and series. From wrestlers on Muscles & Mayhem to witches on The Witcher, you’re bound to be either knocked out or enchanted by the stories that unfold. Hulu (with episodes streaming the next day) brought back every generation, like the college kids on grown-ish to grandparents and grandkids on Generation Gap; there is something for all ages.
We marveled at Domingo Germán making history for the Yankees with a perfect game and rooted for the Bachelorette searching for her perfect match.
