Your Full 2020 NFL Regular Season TV Schedule

Coaches can strategize all they want, but there’s no ignoring the elephant on the field: COVID-19 is going to be the X factor in determining who hoists the Lombardi Trophy at Super Bowl LV in Tampa, Florida, in February 2021.

The 2020 NFL regular season will be unlike any in history. Teams will play in empty or nearly empty stadiums. Many players have opted out of the season, and it’s inevitable that more will be sidelined by coronavirus as the weeks progress.

But there will be football, at least for now. The season kicks off on Thursday, September 10, at a limited-capacity Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City as Patrick Mahomes and the Super Bowl champion Chiefs take on the Houston Texans in a rematch of January’s thrilling AFC playoff divisional game. The Texans were ahead 24-0 early in the second quarter when Mahomes and the Chiefs answered with 28 points in the second quarter and went on to win 51-31.
