Vinyl will return for a second season.

Less than a week after its two-hour debut, HBO picked up the drama for another season. The series—from producers Mick Jagger, Martin Scorsese, Rich Cohen and Terence Winter—follows the music industry in the early ’70s when new sounds were forming, and drugs and sex were prevalent.

Vinyl stars Bobby Cannavale (the record label head at the center of everything), Olivia Wilde, Ray Romano, Ato Essandoh, Max Casella, P.J. Byrne, J.C. MacKenzie, Birgitte Hjort Sørensen, Juno Temple, Jack Quaid, James Jagger and Paul Ben-Victor.
