NBA superstars Stephen Curry and LeBron James are the team captains for the 2018 NBA All-Star Game

There won't be much defense and the score will still be outrageous, but the 2018 NBA All-Star Game in Los Angeles will have a slightly different look.

The traditional East vs. West format is out in favor of a fantasy draft, with team captains LeBron James and Stephen Curry having selected their rosters from a pool of players elected to the All-Star Game.
