TruTV Renews ‘Billy on the Street’, Adds ‘Adam Ruins Everything’ Episodes

TruTV, which acquired Billy on the Street last year from its previous home on Fuse, has renewed the show for a fifth season. The network also announced that it will pick up 14 additional half-hour episodes of its new investigative comedy Adam Ruins Everything.

The network has additionally given a pilot order to No Dumb Questions, a show from Adam Ruins Everything production company Big Breakfast. The show features host Emily Axford and other comedians asking unusual questions.

Coming off its first TruTV season, which featured guests Chris Pratt, Will Ferrell, Anna Kendrick, Sarah Jessica Parker and Julianne Moore, the next round of Billy on the Street will return in late 2016 with 10 more half-hour episodes.

Adam Ruins Everything returns in mid-2016.

Billy on the Street is executive produced by Eichner, Funny or Die’s Mike Farah, Anna Wenger and Doug Brady.  Adam Ruins Everything is executive produced by Adam Conover, Sam Reich, Spencer Griffin, and Jon Cohen.
