Stephen Merchant and Analeigh Tipton to Guest Star on ‘The Big Bang Theory’
The Big Bang Theory is adding a pair of big guest stars.
Stephen Merchant and Analeigh Tipton will guest star in an upcoming Season 9 episode of the CBS comedy, TV Insider confirms. Details about their characters are still under wraps, and the air date for their episode has not yet been revealed.

Merchant is best known as the co-creator of the original U.K. version of The Office alongside Ricky Gervais. He recently starred in HBO’s Hello Ladies and serves as executive producer of Spike’s Lip Sync Battle.
Tipton started her television career when she placed third on Season 11 of The CW’s America’s Next Top Model. She recently appeared on the new CBS drama Limitless and the short-lived ABC comedy Manhattan Love Story.
The Big Bang Theory airs Mondays at 8/7c on CBS.
