Royal Pains: Where Season 7 Will Pick Up

Royal Pains‘ seventh season picks up weeks after last year’s finale, when Dr. Hank Lawson (Mark Feuerstein) joined his brother, Evan (Paulo Costanzo), on the board of Hamptons Heritage Hospital. And Hank’s reservations about working for the medical center’s new owner, their shady frenemy Boris Kuester von Jurgens-Ratenicz (Campbell Scott), are already proving sound. The European businessman is hiding a big secret—inside the building. “When it comes to Boris, things are rarely as simple as they seem,” executive producer Michael Rauch says, “and this mystery is just the tip of the iceberg.”

The brothers also deal with big changes in their personal lives that affect their relationship. Says executive producer Andrew Lenchewski: “We see Hank and Evan moving in very different directions.”
