Just because serial killer Joe Carroll (James Purefoy) has been captured doesn’t mean his evil clan of followers have completely disappeared. But the honeymoon quickly comes to an end when Ryan and his team discover gruesome crime scenes that strike a familiar chord and ultimately link them back to last year’s baddie Mark Gray (Sam Underwood).
