Batman Begins When ‘Gotham’ Returns (VIDEO)

Gotham needs something you can provide, Lil’ Wayne (David Mazouz). And we are ready for it, kid!

Fox’s pre-Batman joyride returns April 24, and it’s coming back full-steam, thanks to a focus on the rise of The Riddler (Cory Michael Smith’s Ed Nygma) and what appears to be the start of a dark knight of the soul for young Bruce. And it’s about time. This guy is growing like a weed and, honestly, Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) could use the backup!

Mazouz and Smith were joined by Camren Bicondova (Selena) and Erin Richards (Barbara) onstage at Anaheim’s WonderCon this afternoon to discuss the season’s final episodes, their characters’ greatest hits and, of course, where the future Caped Crusader is headed in Season 4.

This exclusive teaser trailer was unveiled during the panel, which also allowed the cast and executive producer Danny Cannon to field questions from fans who had crowded into the Anaheim Convention Center’s arena to see the stars up close. Check it out here.
