‘Wheel of Fortune’: Ryan Seacrest ‘Stunt Double’ Reveals Vanna White ‘Secret’
We had to do a double take! A Wheel of Fortune contestant, whose friends call him a “Ryan Seacrest stunt double,” revealed a “secret” about Vanna White in a post-episode interview.
Anthony Bivona, from Rocky Point, New York, did not win the game on October 28, taking home $13,500. However, he did win the attention of the host, as his anecdote was about how his friends think he looks like Ryan Seacrest and could be his stunt double.
White said that she saw the resemblance. Seacrest didn’t and said that he was flattered because Bivona filled out his shirt better and was more buff. Bivona said he was a bit older than the host, though.
During an after-show interview with Social Correspondent Maggie Sajak, Bivona shared details about the interaction and a secret about White that fans should look out for.
“It’s funny. I feel like I see a resemblance. Anything else you’re known as?” Sajak asked.

The game show contestant opened up his jacket and showed off his shirt that said “Ryan’s stunt double.” “I’ve often been told I could be Ryan’s stunt double,” Bivona said, which caused Sajak to laugh. However, she said that the resemblance was “uncanny.”
“People might have been a little confused watching. Like, ‘Why is Ryan playing? What is happening?” Sajak, who was dressed as the one million dollar wedge, said.
When she asked him what stunts Bivona could do for Seacrest, he said the worm. He claimed that the host said he could do it, but then never did. “I can do the worm,” the contestant said. In February, Seacrest grabbed his “stunt double” from the set and had him do the worm for him. Later, the host and the crew member danced off the set.
Sajak asked Bivona to give those who are considering trying out for the show advice. “Do it. Show up. Do it. Have fun with it, and maybe have a little gimmick?” he said. Bivona then jokingly went on to reveal a “secret” about the show. “I hear now they’re looking for someone who looks like Vanna.”
“Ohhh!” Sajak said. “She needs a stunt double too.”
“Yes, she needs one too,” Bivona agreed.
Fans reacted to Seacrest’s stunt double and the possibility of White’s in the comments. “He definitely looks like Ryan,” a fan said with a shocked face emoji.
“As I watched, I could see a bit of resemblance and a few mannerisms? At least some hand moves:),” another said. However, one fan said that Bivona didn’t look like Seacrest “at all.”
Some fans suggested that Sajak should be White’s stunt double as another volunteered themselves. “I think Emma Slater could be a fabulous Vanna look-a-like,” one fan said, referencing the Dancing With the Stars pro, who was partnered with Sajak’s boyfriend this season.
