Ryan Seacrest Gives Relationship Status Update in Rare Comment

Fans speculate on Ryan Seacrest‘s relationship status often since the host has never been married. He recently got out of a long-term relationship and just dropped a hint as to whether he is dating anyone now.

On his radio show, On Air With Ryan Seacrest, on October 28, Seacrest began the conversation by talking about RSB — recently single behavior.

“You can spot this stuff,” he said. “Somebody changes the color of their hair. Recent single behavior. Everybody has their own way of doing it.”

“I have RSB, but I didn’t SB,” Seacrest said.

“Are we sure?” his cohost, Tanya Rad, asked him.

“Hmmm. No,” Seacrest replied.

His other cohost, Sisanie, said that she had RBF — Resting B***h Face. “You have IFB?” Seacrest asked. Seacrest and Rad didn’t know what RBF was.

After the discussion about RBF, the Wheel of Fortune host said he has LSB. When Sisanie asked what that was, he replied, “Long-time single behavior.”

This caused all of the cohosts to crack up. However, Seacrest didn’t elaborate further, but that gave a clue to fans that he is not currently in a relationship. Many of the followers in the comments said they also have LSB.

Seacrest was rumored to be dating Dutch model Maxime Nova after he posted about a dinner for two in August. The pair were first spotted together in June 2026. The American Idol host also made a comment about going to bed angry. In June, fans noticed that a woman was filming a cooking video for him, sparking speculation.

On August 19, Page Six reported new details about Seacrest’s whirlwind romance with the Dutch model. “He is completely besotted with her,” a source told the outlet. “And she feels the same about him as well. They are head over heels.”

So, whether that was just a rumor or they broke up already, it is not clear. Seacrest’s last known public relationship was with model Aubrey Petcosky from 2021 to 2024.

Most famously, Seacrest dated Julianne Hough from 2010 to 2013. From then until 2020, he was in an on-and-off relationship with model Shayna Taylor.

On October 22, Seacrest revealed to his WOF cohost, Vanna White his plans for his future proposal, but it doesn’t look like he will be using that anytime soon.
