‘DWTS’ Fans Crack Up Over Jan Ravnik’s Reaction to Julianne Hough’s ‘Sexiest Pro’ Dig

Julianne Hough and Jan Ravnik had another awkward interaction in the skybox on the October 27 episode of Dancing With the Stars. It happened after Ravnik and Tatyana Ali received tough critiques from the judges for their Horror Movie Night dance.

As part of his costume, Ravnik had giant teeth marks on his face, and Hough joked that maybe his “dental work is the reason” he wasn’t named as the Sexiest Pro in the DWTS cast on People magazine’s list (the honor went to Pasha Pashkov instead). Ravnik remained completely straight-faced after Hough’s dig and didn’t crack a smile once.

His reaction sparked a flood of comments on social media. “Jan about to fight Julianne #dwts,” one fan wrote on X, while another viewer said, “oh jan is abt to kill julianne #dwts.” Someone else shared a similar sentiment, writing, “Jan does not f**k with Julianne I’m crying,” and another wrote, “lmaooo jan hates julianne #dwts.”

Several fans also joked that Hough is now high on the Ravnik’s DTM (dead to me or doing too much list), which has become a running joke on social media this season. “omg Julianne Hough is SO DTM for Jan right now.. LMAO. #dwts,” someone said, and another commented, “Jan just put julianne top of DTM #dwts.”

This interaction follows one from the October 13 episode between Ravnik and Hough that left fans cringing. Hough asked Ravnik if he was going to bring “power” and “energy” to Ali’s next dance if she made it through that week’s elimination, and he awkwardly responded, “Uh, we have a dance that has no power, so, I don’t know.”

Afterwards, Ali defended her partner’s reaction. “It’s hard to answer questions about next week,” she explained, with Ravnik adding, “I’m not there yet!”

Ali continued, “Your whole body, your mind, your spirit, everything, is consumed in this one minute moment. So up there, you’re like, ‘What is next week? I don’t even know what day it is.'” Ravnik agreed: “All I’m thinking is, ‘Breathe in, breathe out.’ I’m tired. Don’t ask me anything when I’m up there.”
