An awkward moment between Julianne Hough and Jan Ravnik on the October 13 episode of Dancing With the Stars left viewers cringing. The interaction occurred after Ravnik and Tatyana Ali danced a salsa and were told by the judges to bring more “power” to future performances.
After the pair received their score of 29/40, Hough asked Ravnik what he’s going to do to bring the “power” and “energy” to the dance floor “if [they’re] here next week.” Ravnik deadpanned and told Hough, “Uh, we have a dance that has no power, so, I don’t know.”
Hough tried to keep it light by laughing, “There’s always power, come on!” Ravnik just shrugged his shoulders.
