Jasmine Roth is officially a mother of three, and she’s sharing with her fans how her youngest daughter was born.

The Help! I Wrecked My House host and her husband, Brett Roth, welcomed their third daughter, Chloe Lou, on October 7. “I definitely wasn’t expecting my day to go this way…” she began a lengthy Instagram post on Thursday, October 22. “It was Wednesday morning and at 37.5 weeks pregnant I had a 9 am appt for my weekly NST and exam with the doc. I’m with the MFM group at the University of Utah (because I’m 42 yrs old, have a didelphic uterus, and had low fetal weight preemie baby last time around) and they’re located at the main hospital in Salt Lake City. It’s a 45 minute drive from my home.”

Jasmine checked in for what she thought would be “uneventful monitoring,” even though she had been experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions. “Imagine my surprise when [the nurse] pointed out I was having regular contractions about 3-4 minutes apart,” she wrote. “As she told me about them, if I really paid attention I could feel them, but I was so used to being uncomfortable (aka in labor!) I didn’t even realize what was happening.”

Once at 5cm dilated, Jasmine grabbed her pre-packed hospital bag from her car and checked into labor and delivery. Brett arrived shortly after and refreshed himself on “some of the things we learned in our birth class,” she shared. “He’s the best! I felt so much better knowing he was there for whatever might come up.”

Jasmine went on to share why she chose not to receive any pain medication. “Part of the reason I opted to pass on Pitocin to speed up labor and then passed on an epidural once things started getting really uncomfortable was because of how great I felt after (accidentally) birthing Darla unmedicated,” she explained. “The recovery was so much easier and my body felt like my own so much faster than with my experience birthing Hazel.”

Jasmine squeezed in a FaceTime call with her daughters, Hazel and Darla, before her water was broken. “Our Doula arrived about 1 hour later, right in time for the contractions to really start feeling painful,” she detailed. “I had a ‘calm birth’ playlist and a contraction timer on my phone that I used to keep myself distracted. I also had some spike balls in my other hand.”

Though Jasmine requested a room with a birthing tub, she ultimately found herself beginning to push in her hospital bed. “The pain was intense and I struggled to find a comfortable position. There were lots of people in the room but I kept myself pretty focused and didn’t open my eyes much,” she told her followers. “I didn’t feel calm or in control, but I also never asked for the epidural, so I must have been doing better than I felt. I knew she was going to be there so soon. I pushed for over an hour.”

Before the day was over, Jasmine and Brett’s baby girl had arrived. “It’s still so surreal to me what a woman’s body is capable of,” the Roast My Rental star gushed. “The relief that she was out safe, and just perfect is beyond something I can explain in words. The amount of love for someone you’ve just met is the deepest, most overwhelming feeling I’ve experienced.”

In the post’s comments, one fan wrote, “Congratulations! So happy for you all! She is beautiful.” Another added, “This is Beautiful! I’m so happy everything went so well and you & baby are well. Congratulations!” Someone else shared, “I love that every baby girl of yours has given you a new experience!!! So happy for all of you, so happy!!! Good job Mommy!!!”

A different person posted, “Congratulations!! Chloe is a beautiful addition to your family.” A separate commenter stated, “So happy for you!! Thanks for the pictures and birthing diary!!”
