British TV personality Alison Hammond is giving fans an update on her health after she was seen walking off of a live taping of This Morning in the U.K. while clutching her chest.

In the time since she departed the show, Hammond took to Instagram, where she recorded a video from a hospital bed, offering fans an update on her status after the moment of uncertainty. Posting on her stories, Hammond greeted fans, “Hello, my lovelies, I know you’re all worried about me. Honestly, I am fine; first of all, but I’m getting me old ticker checked out,” she revealed, putting a hand up to her chest.

“I had a little bit of a palpitation, and now I’m getting it all checked out, but I think I’m OK. I’m hoping it was just a little panic attack or something like that,” Hammond continued, as she added, “I love you all. Thank you for all your lovely messages.”

She went on to apologize for the abrupt exit from This Morning, as she said, “I’m so sorry I left you; I would never normally do that. I would never leave a TV show. But, so you know, I wasn’t very well, but hopefully I’m gonna be alright.”

The Great British Baking Show host, who is continuing to entertain fans with the latest season of the beloved competition program, promised, “The doctors are so lovely, and they’re checking me out, and hopefully everything’s gonna be fine.”

She began to wrap up her message to fans with, “I love you,” and a kiss to the camera, but an added layer of reassurance was given as she said, “Everything is fine! Look, I’m rockin’ it… I’ve still got my makeup on from This Morning.”

Hammond didn’t comment on when she’d be back on TV, but stay tuned for any updates.
