‘Landman’ Stars Share First Look at Season 3 Production

Yee-haw! Landman Season 3 is finally in production.
Several stars of the Taylor Sheridan cowboy drama have taken fans behind the scenes as the reels begin to turn on the next season in Fort Worth, Texas.
Filming on Landman Season 3 was slightly delayed beyond expectations. Originally, the series seemed poised for a May shoot, but lead actor Billy Bob Thornton revealed it was moved to August. Then, things got pushed back slightly again to the end of September.
Series stars Mustafa Speaks, James Jordan, and Mark Collie all shared shots of their return to the on-set trailers, along with some pieces of costuming for their characters (Boss, Dale, and Sheriff Joeberg, respectively). Check out the photos below.

Last month, Jordan, who also stars in Lioness and is the top collaborator with Sheridan so far, confirmed Landman Season 3 production was imminent. He told TV Insider, “We’re about to start Landman Season 3. So we’re getting those scripts. We’re about to get to work, and we’re going to try to have that out as soon as we can. So stick around for that.”
He also shared a sunny outlook on the chances for the newly minted CTT Oil Exploration & Cattle to succeed, saying, “You’ve got Dale Bradley involved. You got Tommy. You got T.L. [Sam Elliott]. You got Cooper [Jacob Lofland]. You got Ariana [Paulina Chávez]. You’ve got Kayla Wallace‘s Rebecca. You’ve got Angela [Ali Larter]. You’ve got Ainsley [Michelle Randolph]. Hey, we’re all in it to win it, and I think there’s a good chance that CTT is going to go a long way. You never know. It’s a tough business. There’s a lot of risk involved, but I loved how that season ended, where we all say, ‘We’re gonna start from the beginning. We’re gonna start from the ground up and build this company, and we’re gonna try to beat the big boys here.’ And so it’s gonna be a heck of a ride.”
