‘Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking’ Season 3: Premiere Date & New Judges Revealed
Food Network‘s most magical series has set its Season 3 premiere date.
Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking will officially return with new episodes this fall. Hosted by James and Oliver Phelps — a.k.a. Fred and George Weasley from the Harry Potter films — the show follows teams of bakers as they create magical cakes and desserts inspired by the beloved franchise.
“We’re so excited for all Harry Potter and baking show fans across the world to see this season’s amazing showpieces,” Oliver said in a press release statement. “The all-star teams will leave our audience spellbound.”
In a statement of his own, James added, “We feel like the luckiest hosts because we get to be part of this fun tournament, with some of the world’s best bakers and chefs, and celebrate the anniversary of the first film in a series that sparked a global phenomenon.”
Season 3 will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the original film, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, by introducing a new “tournament twist with four teams of three, each representing one of the four Hogwarts Houses – Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin,” per the season’s description.
