Holly Madison entered the spotlight because of her relationship with Playboy’s Hugh Hefner, and her love life has been in the spotlight ever since. Madison and Hefner split in 2008, and she eventually moved on with Pasquale Rotella, whom she married in 2013 and shares two children with. The exes’ divorce was finalized in February 2019.
