Theo Campbell and Olivia Kaiser shocked The Challenge fans on July 6 when they announced they were expecting their first child together. At that point, it had been just over a year since they went public with their romance after meeting on Season 40 of The Challenge in spring 2024.

The pregnancy news came a few weeks before the premiere of The Challenge: Vets & New Threats, which Kaiser and Campbell both competed on.
