Netflix’s bizarre mystery drama The OA, created by and starring Brit Marling, has been renewed for a Part II.

The streaming network announced the news on Wednesday at a press event in New York City. Part I, which premiered in December 2016, followed the return of Prairie Johnson (Marling) who finds herself back home after a 7-year departure, during which she regained the ability to see. When she returns home to her befuddled parents, she insists on calling herself “The OA” and won’t speak with anyone about what happened while she was gone.

At the end of the 7 episodes, a bizarre twist threw viewers for a loop as the character’s trajectory changed drastically. It will be interesting to see what ground Part II will cover.
