2024 CMT Music Awards – Complete List of Nominations & Show Details
The nominations for the highly-anticipated 2024 CMT Music Awards have been revealed, with Cody Johnson, Jelly Roll, Kelsea Ballerini, Lainey Wilson, and Megan Moroney leading the pack with three nominations each.
Hosted by Ballerini, the country music, fan-voted award show is set to air live from Austin, Texas’ Moody Center on Sunday, April 7, from 8 pm to 11 pm ET/PT on CBS. The event will also be available to stream live and on-demand on Paramount+.
Across all categories, CMT is honoring 14 first-time nominees, from breakthrough artists to out-of-genre superstars, including Amber Riley, Ashley Cooke, Bret Michaels, Chayce Beckham, Hozier, Koe Wetzel, Stephen Wilson Jr., Tyler Childers, Warren Zeiders, and Zach Bryan.
Four 2024 CMT Next Women of Country members Anne Wilson, Ella Langley, The Castellows, and Tigirlily Gold (2x), are also all up for their first-ever awards.
The much-coveted Video of the Year category will see 16 acts competing for the trophy, from fresh talent to established names. This includes Jelly Roll, Jordan Davis, and Parmalee, all making first-time appearances in the category.
Each winner is selected by the fans, and voting is now open at vote.cmt.com until April 1; voting for Video of the Year will remain open into the live show.

VIDEO OF THE YEAR
Best video of the year; awarded to the artist (male, female, group/duo or collaboration). Top 6 nominees from the first round of voting, will be announced on April 1. The final 3 nominees, from the second round of voting, will be announced on show day, April 7. Final voting will be determined via social media and announced as the final category during the live show.
