‘Killing It’: Craig Robinson’s Peacock Series Sets Premiere, Unveils New Trailer (VIDEO)
The team behind Brooklyn Nine-Nine killed it with the comedy and jokes on their half-hour series, now, they’re sending the show’s beloved recurring character actor Craig Robinson to uncharted territory with Peacock’s Killing It.
All 10 episodes of the upcoming series from Dan Goor and Luke Del Tredici will arrive Thursday, April 14 on the NBCUniversal streamer. Described as a comedy about class, capitalism, and a man’s quest to accomplish the American dream, Killing It is a series that happens to be about hunting really big snakes.

“We love all the ambitious, challenging, thematically-rich series that populate the current peak-TV landscape. We also love jokes. So, we tried to make a show that could deliver both,” Goor and Del Tredici shared in a joint statement. “We wanted Killing It to explore America’s quasi-religious obsession with entrepreneurship and wealth, and we also wanted it to be funny. Really, really funny. Plus, we wanted it to have big snakes.”
“It’s a daunting creative balancing act, but lucky for us, we were writing for Craig Robinson, aka the most likable man in the world,” they continued. “His hilarious, effortlessly charming performance grounds even the wildest comic moments in something deeply human and relatable.”
Along with unveiling the premiere date and a new teaser, Peacock also shared key art for the series, as seen, above, featuring Robinson. Killing It showcases a bevy of talented comedic performers who alongside Robinson include, Claudia O’Doherty, Rell Battle, Scott MacArthur, Stephanie Nogueras, Wyatt Walter, and Jet Miller.

Killing It was fantastic. You know an actor is awesome when the ENTIRE time we watched it, I kept wondering who the hell Brock reminded me of in my life.
MacArthur was spot on and stole the show in many moments, but it was equally awesome how well he added to other scenes.
I have a feeling that although he's been around for a minute, this role is going to catapult him into some epic roles. (a girl can dream right?)
All in all, Killing It couldn't have had a better cast. They all complimented and bounced off of each other hilariously.
VERY few shows warrant a second watching, but I'm actually excited to watch again.
There better be another season...

That was it? The 10 episodes and that was the ending? No way can I recommend this until there’s notice of a 2nd season (at least.) These 10 episodes on their own are a waste of time.
