In the early 2000s, he shifted his entertainment career towards more dramatic roles, appearing on "Sue Thomas: F.B.
Eye" (ION Television Network, 2002-05), "CSI: New York" (CBS, 2004-2013) and "Criminal Minds" (CBS, 2005-). Kotsur's film roles include the Jim Carrey thriller "Number 23" (2007) and "CODA" (2021).
