HGTV’s ‘Totally ’90s House’ Cast: Where You Recognize the Celebrity Contestants
While the cast of Totally ‘90s House is best known for their iconic TV roles, they are appearing as themselves on the new HGTV series.
Jaleel White will serve as the host of the upcoming competition show, which will follow teams of ‘90s Hollywood legends as they transform a home that’s stuck in the past into a stunning, modernized home.
“Everybody loves the ‘90s again,” White said in a press release statement. “The fits are back, the playlists are on repeat, and kids who weren’t even born yet are binge-watching the shows we made famous. But while some things from the ‘90s are timeless…some of y’all never got the memo that the decade ended. We asked America to show us the homes still living in the past, and the response was incredible. Now it’s time for the ultimate throwback transformation. Get ready for the biggest ‘90s house battle ever.”
Brian Austin Green, Beverley Mitchell, and Jodie Sweetin will go head-to-head against rival team Melissa Joan Hart, Keshia Knight Pulliam, and Matthew Lawrence, who will get some special help from Matthew’s brother, Joey Lawrence.
HGTV’s Carter Oosterhouse and Sabrina Soto will serve as mentors for the teams, while stars such as Vern Yip, Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt, Drew Lachey, Mina Starsiak Hawk, Paige Davis, and Jonathan Adler will serve as judges.

Jaleel White
White became one of the most recognizable faces — and voices — of the ‘90s thanks to his role as Steve Urkel on the hit sitcom Family Matters. White’s other notable projects of the decade include Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, Quest for Camelot, and Sonic Underground. White also made guest appearances as Urkel on shows such as Full House and Step by Step.
Brian Austin Green
Green established himself as a teen heartthrob with his role as David Silver on Beverly Hills, 90210. Throughout the decade, Green also appeared in movies and shows such as Melrose Place, Fantastic Four: The Animated Series, She Fought Alone, Biker Mice from Mars, Her Costly Affair, Unwed Father, and more.
Beverley Mitchell
Mitchel rose to fame as Lucy Camden on the family drama 7th Heaven and appeared in several notable ’90s projects, including Quantum Leap, Mother of the Bride, Baywatch, and The Crow: City of Angels, among many others.
Jodie Sweetin
Sweetin starred as one of TV’s most famous middle kids, Stephanie Tanner on Full House, and later reprised the role for the Netflix revival, Full House. Throughout the ‘90s, Sweetin acted in other projects such as Brotherly Love and Party of Five.
Melissa Joan Hart
Hart became one of the ‘90s most recognizable teen icons thanks to her many memorable roles, including Clarissa Darling on Clarissa Explains It All. She originated her role as Sabrina Spellman in the 1996 movie Sabrina the Teenage Witch before reprising it on the beloved sitcom of the same name. Her other notable ‘90s projects include Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Touched by an Angel, Twisted Desire, The Right Connections, Two Came Back, Silencing Mary, Drive Me Crazy, and Sabrina: The Animated Series.
Keshia Knight Pulliam
Pulliam famously played the youngest Huxtable sibling, Rudy Huxtable, on The Cosby Show. She starred on the show throughout its eight-season run from 1984 to 1992, and appeared as Rudy in a handful of episodes on A Different World in the late ‘80s.
Matthew Lawrence
Long before he started dating fellow ‘90s star Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas from TLC, the second-eldest Lawrence brother rose to fame with roles Drexell’s Class, Walter & Emily, and With a Vengeance. He famously starred alongside Robin Williams in the film Mrs. Doubtfire, played a younger version of older brother, Joey, on Blossom, and starred as Jack Hunter on the final three seasons of Boy Meets World, among other projects.
Joey Lawrence
Joey appeared in a handful of ‘80s and ‘90s movies and shows before scoring his role as Joey Russo on Blossom. In addition to starring alongside his brothers, Matthew and Andrew Lawrence, on Brotherly Love, Joey also landed roles in projects such as Tequila Body Shots and Desperate But Not Serious.
