“We’re like the Gilmore Girls, but with bigger boobs,” carefree Georgia (Brianne Howey, The Passage) quips to her angsty 15-year-old, Ginny (Antonia Gentry), on this comedic drama that takes cues from the Girls. (Georgia, like Lorelai, was a teen mom.) The subject matter here, however, gets darker as they set out for a fresh start. Premieres Wednesday, February 24

Host Bear Grylls treks through perilous terrain (a Central American jungle, for one) to complete various missions on this family-friendly adventure series. The twist? It’s interactive, so you make major decisions with your remote. Should he get down a steep, snow-covered cliff by skiing or paragliding? Viewer’s choice! Season 1 available
WATCH: Animals on the Loose: A You vs. Wild Movie
You’ll still need the remote for this follow-up, which finds Grylls in South Africa, where an electric fence surrounding an animal sanctuary has lost power, letting the inhabitants escape. This special ups the ante on the thrills and chills as Grylls gets frighteningly close to predators like lions. Premieres Tuesday, February 16
