Oscars 2021: Red Carpet Arrivals (PHOTOS)

Welcome to the biggest night recognizing excellence in film in Hollywood! The 93rd Annual Academy Awards are here, and it’s set to be somewhat of a return to normal after award shows that have been all virtual or a hybrid of virtual and in-person. And that means a red carpet.

Yes, the stars are dressed to the nines, and while you might not see them wearing masks in the photos from the carpet, something that is unusual after the past year, you can see some holding them in their hands while talking to reporters (socially distanced). (There are only three photographers and a limited number of reporters.) Those in attendance aren’t required to wear masks when on-camera during the show.

Despite plenty of obvious social distancing, it definitely feels like a red carpet again, just looking at the photos.
