Remember when Dr. Jimmy Palmer’s (Brian Dietzen) daughter Victoria was a baby? Yes, NCIS has been on so long that she’s now old enough to visit her dad when he and forensic scientist Kasie Hines (Diona Reasonover) are quarantined after being exposed to a deadly biotoxin.

In the first new episode after the Winter Olympics/Celebrity Big Brother break, “The Helpers,” co-written by Dietzen, that exposure comes during an investigation into the death of an intruder at Quantico. The team calls in expert immunologist Carol Wilson (the returning Meredith Eaton, last seen in Season 11) for help as they race to find the antidote. Plus, Special Agent Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) tries to distract Victoria (Elle Graper), who came to the office to spend the day with her dad.

Scroll down for a look at Victoria’s visit to the office and to see her father in quarantine, as well as Eaton’s return and just how bad things are going to get for Palmer and Kasie.

His daughter would be about 8 or 9.

So Tim's twins would have to be older then Victoria, I wonder when we will see them.

      Tim's are younger the Victoria

She looks a little old to be Palmer’s child. His daughter couldn’t be more than maybe 8, could she.

I remember on soap operas, a pre-teen kid would get shipped off to camp at the beginning of summer and then come back to start college in the the fall. My mom talked about a character on As the World Turns that was born about the same time as I was in the mid 60s, but then suddenly in the mid 80s he was a District Attorney who had fought in Vietnam... 🤨

I do hope so! I love Abby! I love the episodes when the time was Dinizzo and Ziva on the time.

Abby will never return. To much bad blood and drama for her now.
