Ziva should become the new version of the character Mike Franks. She could return once in awhile with some particularly difficult or unusual case or case from her past like Mike Franks would.

It's time to resurrect Jennie Shepherd. She and Gibbs had an amazing chemistry on camera. She is the only lady character Gibbs chased. What a story line, the only woman he loved outside of Shannon.

Characters are brought back from the dead all the time in TV Land.

    Gibbs & Jennie/Yes !!

Jenny faked her death. Watch the episode again. Ziva copied her. They never killed Ziva on screen witch means shes alive.

Jenny was also suffering from some fatal illness. So they would have to work around that to remain plausible.

I was not a Jenny fan. Gibbs is better as Moody and lonely with the myisterious grilfriend who picks him up and drops him off occasionally,

I highly doubt that the executive producers and the show runners of NCIS will reach out to the actress who portrayed Jenny Shepard for three seasons, after Pauley Perrette went public with behind the scenes drama on the NCIS set prior to season seventeen starting and before the show on CBS that Pauley is now on, Lauren Holly (Jenny Shepard) basically seem to take Pauley’s side in the Twitter-verse which made it seem like she would never return to NCIS like Cote has. It will be a long shot for Lauren Holly to return to NCIS and the same seems to go for Pauley. If anything in light of this multi- episode arc with Ziva/Cote, I think that the show runners of NCIS need to see if Michael Weatherly can be spared for a bit from Bull so we get a legit on screen Tiva reunion etc instead of just being told about a reunion in the dialogue between characters.

Ellie and Torres both added depth to the series maybe you can find a way to keep them , I also enjoyed the black young lady that filled in for Abby occasionally. Hopefully Tony has matured now that he is a father.

I love Jack, I want them together. Besides, Jenny was also dying of serious disease before the shoot out in California with Mike. Gibbs and Jake go a long way back. Gibbs is going to go for custody of Finn, and we will see where it takes them..
