‘NCIS’ Photos: Nancy Travis Returns as Parker’s Sister

Maybe Parker’s (Gary Cole) reunion with his sister will go better this time? Nancy Travis returns to NCIS as Navy Vice Admiral Harriet Parker for a third episode in Season 23 on Tuesday, May 5. That’s also the penultimate episode of the season, with the finale airing May 12.

In that episode, titled “Deal With the Devil,” CBS teases, “As a secret immunity deal threatens to let a man walk free, Parker fights to keep the case alive. But when his estranged sister (guest star Nancy Travis) suddenly appears – and buried family wounds resurface — the battle for justice becomes deeply personal.”

The photos, which you can check out below, offer a look at the team working the case as well as Parker and his sister together again, including at MTAC and Parker’s apartment.

After we saw Harriet earlier this season, Gary Cole hoped Nancy Travis would return.

“I hope that we see Nancy Travis come back. Obviously she was wonderful, but I’d like to see that character reappear and to see where that relationship goes from there,” he told TV Insider in November 2025. “We see them basically kind of connected through their father and now that he’s passed, it would be interesting to see them together and dealing with that in each in their own way. But also I think there’s a lot of stuff to be mined there about Parker’s past, which she’s obviously a part of. So I hope the writers — hello, writers! — mine that a little bit. It would be good.”
