Is Torres Leaving 'NCIS'? He Fights for His Life in 'On Fire' Promo (PHOTOS)

A member of NCIS is once again going to end up in the hospital — and his chances don't look good in the Episode 14 promo.

In "On Fire," Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) and Bishop (Emily Wickersham) are victims of a hit-and-run, and he ends up fighting for his life in the ICU. Bishop, on the other hand, as the photos in the gallery above and the promo below show, has a cut on her head, but seems to otherwise be fine.

We make a case for and against 'In the Wind' being Ziva's final episode.

Could it be that Torres pushed her out of the way? In the promo, he seems to be in front of her when they notice the car coming their way. But while it looks like Torres might not make it — "It's bad," Bishop tells Gibbs (Mark Harmon), and Torres crashes — it's unlikely that the team is about to lose him.

After all, there's too much to explore in a potential relationship for Torres and Bishop just based on what this season has set up. What was in that letter he wrote under hypnosis? Will Torres take Ziva's (Cote de Pablo) advice and "tell her how you feel, you wuss"? Might this near-death experience motivate him to do just that?
