‘Eternally Yours’ First Look Photos: Meet the Coven Behind CBS’s New Supernatural Comedy
Eternally Yours may not arrive on CBS until October, but the vampire comedy is already showing its fangs to viewers ahead of the debut with all-new first-look photos from the pilot episode.
In anticipation of the show’s premiere, the network has released several images featuring the characters at the center of their latest supernatural series, following in the footsteps of Joe Port and Joe Wiseman’s other hit, Ghosts. This time around, the action revolves around a family led by Charles (Ed Weeks) and Liz (Allegra Edwards). A once-passionate vampire couple, Charles and Liz’s romance has devolved into a pulseless marriage amid their 500-year-long union.
As they coexist as coven members in their shared Seattle, Washington-based home, they continue to look out for their daughter Emma (Helen J. Shen), who has found a connection with a human, Max (Jaren Lewison). That young love forces Charles and Liz to examine what it means to commit to someone forever, and whether or not doing so is a life sentence.
When Max learns the truth about Emma’s family, all of their lives are turned upside down, including fellow coven member Jesse (Parker Young) and his human wife Phyllis (Rose Abdoo), and their children, Mort (Tristan Michael Brown) and Henry (Shylo Molina).
Below, we’re offering fans a peek at the hilarity ahead with the first-look photos from Eternally Yours‘ series premiere.
Eternally Yours, Series Premiere, Thursday, October 8, 8:30/7:30c, CBS
Charles and Liz have been married for centuries, but it feels endless for the lax in love spouses.
Times were easier in years’ past when the romance was easier to find.
Meanwhile, their daughter Emma has found love with human Max.
Jesse and Phyllis make one interesting pair who are stronger than they appear.
Together, they’re one big (somewhat) happy vampire coven, with Jesse and Phyllis’s sons, Henry and Mort.
But Liz feels slightly adrift.
Monotony has gotten the best of her and the other vampires.
Perhaps change is on the horizon.
Will it be Max? Only time will tell.
