The former White House press secretary has dropped 17 pounds since the beginning of the season and thanked his partner, Lindsay Arnold, for pushing him. “She’s relentless. We don’t waste a moment, and it’s the cardio workout of the century,” he told Us Weekly.

Though the Property Brothers star didn’t win Season 25, he did drop 30 pounds dancing with partner Emma Slater. “I’m seeing my abs like I’ve never seen them before. I have not been a 32 waist since I was in grade eight. I was still active [before], but I just haven’t done cardio like this since I was a teenager,” he said.

The Pretty Little Liars star has been open about her weight struggles, but she lost close to 40 pounds while competing on Season 25.

Wanya didn’t make the finals of Season 22, but he did lose over 20 pounds during the course of the season. “I look better in my clothes, but I stopped weighing myself. I just work hard and hope that my clothes start falling off of me or I start to look better, you know?” he told Us Weekly at the time.

Amber was less focused on the scale and more aware of how toned her body became while competing on Season 21. However, despite not focusing on the scale, she did drop close to 10 pounds.

Not only did Lake win Season 13, she also shed over 20 pounds. “I’m dropping weight like crazy. My pants are falling off,” she told Access Hollywood.

The TV star lost about 23 pounds while she was competing on Season 13. “It’s incredible. “I didn’t even try. Frankly, it’s not a good diet. It’s the ‘I’m too tired to eat’ diet, which I don’t advise to anybody,” she told The Hollywood Reporter.
