The Season 28 star revealed that she has lost over 20 pounds since she started dancing this summer. “I’ve lost, like, 25 pounds since July. None of my clothes fit!” she shared.
Sean Spicer
The former White House press secretary has dropped 17 pounds since the beginning of the season and thanked his partner, Lindsay Arnold, for pushing him. “She’s relentless. We don’t waste a moment, and it’s the cardio workout of the century,” he told Us Weekly.
Kate Flannery
The former Office star has lost about 15 pounds since she started training on Season 28.
Drew Scott
Though the Property Brothers star didn’t win Season 25, he did drop 30 pounds dancing with partner Emma Slater. “I’m seeing my abs like I’ve never seen them before. I have not been a 32 waist since I was in grade eight. I was still active [before], but I just haven’t done cardio like this since I was a teenager,” he said.
Sasha Pieterse
The Pretty Little Liars star has been open about her weight struggles, but she lost close to 40 pounds while competing on Season 25.
Wanya Morris
Wanya didn’t make the finals of Season 22, but he did lose over 20 pounds during the course of the season. “I look better in my clothes, but I stopped weighing myself. I just work hard and hope that my clothes start falling off of me or I start to look better, you know?” he told Us Weekly at the time.
Amber Rose
Amber was less focused on the scale and more aware of how toned her body became while competing on Season 21. However, despite not focusing on the scale, she did drop close to 10 pounds.
Melissa Gilbert
The former Little House on the Prairie actress didn’t pay attention to the scale, but she did reveal she dropped dress sizes. “I don't know pounds [lost] but I went from a size 6 to a 2. I have a 26-inch waist now,” she told Us Weekly.
Ricki Lake
Not only did Lake win Season 13, she also shed over 20 pounds. “I’m dropping weight like crazy. My pants are falling off,” she told Access Hollywood.
Nancy Grace
The TV star lost about 23 pounds while she was competing on Season 13. “It’s incredible. “I didn’t even try. Frankly, it’s not a good diet. It’s the ‘I’m too tired to eat’ diet, which I don’t advise to anybody,” she told The Hollywood Reporter.
Kirstie Alley
Alley has been very open about her weight struggles, but competing on Season 12 of DWTS certainly helped her lose 100 pounds.
Kelly Osbourne
Osbourne was very open about the fact that she lost over 40 pounds while competing on the show in 2009. “Louis van Amstel and Dancing With the Stars changed my life, as cheesy and cliché as that sounds,” she said to Access Hollywood.
Marie Osmond
The singer worked hard and dropped about 27 pounds while she was competing on Season 5 of the show.
Jennie Garth
The Beverly Hills, 90210 star wasn’t aware of the number on the scale, but she did drop a few dress sizes while on Season 5.Every celebrity who decides to compete on Dancing With the Stars is obviously gunning for that Mirrorball, and though only one can win, a lot of stars walk away physically and emotionally stronger.
