How is Tommy back?
Arrow is bringing back a couple familiar — and dead, at least on this Earth — faces for its final season premiere.
The Season 8 trailer teased Colin Donnell and Josh Segarra‘s returns, and now the promotional photos for “Starling City” show both Donnell and Susanna Thompson as Tommy and Moira, respectively. But we still don’t know how they’re back. Does the episode’s title — given that the city had been renamed back in Season 4 — hold a clue?
