ABC Orders Kevin Williamson Time Travel Drama ‘Time After Time’
Acclaimed writer and executive producer Kevin Williamson (The Vampire Diaries, Scream and Dawson’s Creek) will tackle time travel in the new ABC drama Time After Time.
Based on the novel and movie of the same name, Time After Time tells the story of science fiction author H.G. Wells (Freddie Stroma) who travels to modern day Manhattan in pursuit of famous murderer Jack the Ripper (Josh Bowman).
Time After Time also stars Genesis Rodriguez as Jane and Regina Taylor as Vanessa Anders.
Williamson and Marcos Siega serve as executive producers, with Siega directing the pilot.
Time After Time is the third new series order to feature time travel as a story device, following Fox’s comedy Making History and The CW’s Frequency.
