‘Iron Fist’ Cast on How They’re Really Upping the Ante With Stunts in Season 2 (VIDEO)

Ready for another round of Marvel’s Iron Fist?

The Netflix action drama is back with its second season episodes (dropping on September 7) and, as the cast and producers told TV Guide Magazine’s Jim Halterman last month at San Diego Comic-Con 2018, the name of the game is elevation. That means everything across the board is getting a bump.

Star Finn Jones made a point of saying the toughest part of filming the second season. “Winters in New York are brutal,” he said, “and we would often be filming outside late at night in the cold, fighting.”

The cast also talked about the stunt work in the new season and their new stunt coordinator, Clayton Barber (Black Panther), who made a big difference for Season 2. New-to-Iron Fist cast member Simone Missick, who has appeared on Marvel series The Defenders and Luke Cage as Misty Knight, also talked about working with the different showrunners on each of the shows.
