Netflix is packing some more star power into its lineup with a brand new series starring Michael Douglas and Alan Arkin.

The Kominsky Method, which was included in Netflix's TCA presentation, is a series about once-famous actor Sandy Kominsky (Douglas) and his longtime agent Norman Newlander (Arkin). The Oscar-winning actors will lend their talents to the streaming service for this Chuck Lorre-created show spanning eight half-hour episodes.

Written by Al Higgins, David Javerbaum, and Emmy winner Lorre (The Big Bang Theory), the dramedy follows two men in their later years of life as they navigate Los Angeles, "a city that values youth and beauty."

Douglas also steps behind the camera for the project as an executive producer alongside Lorre and Higgins. The Kominsky Method is set for a November 16 release.

Though the series premiere is still some time away, the streaming service recently released some first look images, and hopefully a trailer isn't far behind. Scroll down to see Arkin and Douglas in-character as friends Sandy and Norman.
